Birds of a Feather Sessions

Roundtable Conversations at Project Forum

As part of the programme for Project Forum 2026, we’re introducing Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions - informal, topic-focused conversations designed to bring people together around shared interests.

BoF sessions are simple but powerful: small groups gather at a table to talk about a specific theme, swap experiences, ask questions and learn from each other. There’s no slide deck, no formal presentation - just practical, open discussion led by a facilitator to keep things on track.

Across the day, we’ll be running six sessions on each of our nine tables, covering a wide range of project management topics. Attendees can drop into the conversations that matter most to them, connect with peers facing similar challenges, and take away real, grounded insights.

It’s a relaxed format, but one that always sparks great ideas, useful connections and conversations that carry on long after the session ends.
