Agenda: Presentations & Roundtables
Project Forum isn’t your usual sit-and-listen event. The agenda is built around interactive sessions and focused conversations – giving you the chance to learn, share, and connect with others who get what you do.
Seminar Sessions
Across the day, we’ll be running presentations in two seminar zones. These are 30-minute sessions focused on practical insight, fresh thinking, and real-world experiences from across the PPM space.
Expect product demos, author talks, case studies, and ideas you’ll want to take back to the office. Each theatre seats 100. No need to pre-book – just grab a seat on the day.
Themes include
Seminar Zones

Zone 2
Hear from expert guest speakers sharing real-world insights, no booking needed, just grab a seat and join the conversation.
Birds of a Feather Roundtables
This is where the real magic happens. Small group discussions led by sponsors and subject experts on the big questions we all wrestle with.
Each ‘Birds of a Feather’ session is 30 minutes long, informal, and designed for honest, useful conversations. You’ll get to sit with others tackling similar challenges, hear different perspectives, and share your own.
Morning and afternoon sessions available – check your delegate pack for timings. No slides. No sales pitches. Just proper peer-to-peer discussion.
WHAT WE TALK ABOUT
Real project challenges. Proper conversations.
Last year's Birds of a Feather tables tackled the subjects people were dealing with in their organisations right then — practical issues, emerging ideas and plenty of “how are you handling this?” conversations.
AI & Data
AI governance, AI agents, automation, project controls, data-led decision making and getting beyond the hype.
Portfolio & PMO
Portfolio management, PMO operating models, ePMO services, prioritisation, strategic alignment and better decision making.
Delivery in Practice
Multi-project delivery, resource management, project controls, agile metrics, planning and the realities of getting work delivered.
People & Change
Stakeholders, sponsorship, collaboration, speaking up, leading change, career development and building capability.
And that's the point — no slide deck required. Just a table, a good question and people willing to share what they're learning.
