Harnessing the power of what people think, feel and believe in project delivery
Techniques for measuring and sharing Human-Centric Data (HCD)

Details
Projects are increasingly data-driven, with information about everything from the number of lines of code written to the tons of concrete poured, or from percentage of progress achieved to the volume of change requests generated.
Unfortunately, all of this activity rarely reflects what those working on the project perceive and understand about the actual health of the endeavour. This Birds of Feather session is a practical, peer-led discussion focused on what people think, feel and believe on projects and how to capture, share and use that data to develop foresight and resilience.
The session is informal and interactive, creating space to share experiences, swap tips, and ask honest questions. Jonathan will kick things off with practical insights on the significance of Human-Centric Data and its applications for project management practitioners, then open the floor for group discussion.
We’ll explore topics such as:
• Why projects are all about emotions, beliefs and perceptions
• What kinds of ratings you can use to capture all this
• What happens when you share HCD back with people
• Using the quantitative and qualitative data that you generate
• HCD and AI – the perfect hybrid?
and see where the conversation takes us.
