Most organisations already own a powerful Microsoft stack - Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, Planner, Project, Azure DevOps, Fabric, Copilot. And yet… content is still disconnected, reporting is manual, PMOs feel stuck as reporting factories rather than strategic partners, AI is being talked about but shows little benefit.

This Birds of a Feather session is an open, facilitated peer discussion about what actually works when enabling PPM within the Microsoft ecosystem.

We’ll explore questions like:

• Basic Microsoft to art of the possible – where to start?
• What have you built internally that worked (or didn’t)?
• How are you linking strategy, delivery, risk, and benefits using the tools you already own?
• Is AI (Copilot, Power Platform AI, automation) creating real impact in portfolio management — or just interesting experiments?

This is not a presentation and not a product pitch. It’s a practical, experience-led conversation. As facilitator, I’ll bring perspective from implementing PPM and risk solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem across hundreds of organisations - sharing patterns I’ve seen succeed (and fail) and offering participants the opportunity to “bounce” their own approaches and challenges off someone who has seen a broad cross-section of real-world implementations.
