Details
What does it mean to be courageous? Saving someone from drowning or perhaps standing up for moral principles. They are definitely courageous acts, but have you ever thought about that quiet inner courage? One which others don’t notice but helps you speak up in meetings or go for a promotion?
In this short guided session Kate will lead a discussion on psychological courage; how to challenge your inner self-perception to accept how good you truly are at what you do. This builds on from her talk on the imposter phenomenon, but you can attend either or both.
Dr Kate Atkin is an inspirational speaker, training consultant and author. With over 25 years of experience as a facilitator, Kate has worked with many clients on business, management and communication issues. A highly skilled listener, her style is both supportive and challenging.
