Details

Portfolio management sounds great… until you try to implement it and discover how quickly it can turn into extra governance, muddier decisions, and frustrated stakeholders. In this Birds of a Feather session, Steve Jenner will kick off with a simple, recommended approach to getting portfolio management in place successfully — then we’ll open it up to a guided group discussion to surface the most common challenges in the room. Together, we’ll swap experiences and practical fixes, including how to avoid the four mistakes organisations most often make when implementing portfolio management.

Come along if you’re starting from scratch, rebooting a struggling approach, or just want to compare notes with people dealing with the same messy realities.

Catch Steve's session in Zone 1 at 12noon.
