TfL Strike Action – What It Means for Project Forum Attendees

With Transport for London (TfL) strike action planned around 21st April, we wanted to share a quick update for anyone travelling to Project Forum.

The event will be going ahead as planned at the Business Design Centre, London, running from 09:00 to 16:30

You may have seen that TfL strike action is planned around 21st April. We want to reassure you that Project Forum is going ahead as planned at the Business Design Centre, London, from 09:00 to 16:30

London is used to keeping things moving, even during disruption, and there are still multiple ways to get to the venue. Kings Cross is within walking distance, and bus routes, overground services, taxis, and walking routes all remain good options.

It’s also currently forecast to be a lovely spring day in London, so if you’re nearby, walking part (or all) of your journey could be a surprisingly good option.

For London Underground lines - a reduced service will run across most lines

The strike action is planned from 12noon on the 21st April so arriving at Project Forum will be unaffected.

For your return journey please consider:

  • Check TfL for the latest updates before you travel
  • Allow a little extra time for your journey
  • Have a backup route in mind

We’re expecting a brilliant day, with a packed agenda, plenty of networking, and lots of practical insight across project, programme, and PMO topics

Thanks for planning ahead - we’re looking forward to welcoming you.
