Project Forum features in the Spring edition of APM’s Project Journal. The piece highlights the upcoming event taking place on 21 April 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London and focuses on the practical, discussion-led format that makes the forum a little different from the usual conference experience.
The article outlines the mix of seminar sessions and Birds of a Feather roundtables designed to encourage real conversations between practitioners.
It also touches on some of the topics being explored on the day, including portfolio management, the role of project teams in business change, tools and technology in delivery, and tackling challenges like imposter syndrome.
The event remains free to attend and aims to bring together people working across project, programme and portfolio delivery for a day of learning and connection.
